Strong Communication with EDOM Technology to Enhance Efficient Delivery

BPS Global is honored to have been awarded the retrofit project of the new warehouse and office setup, by EDOM Technology.  Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Taiwan, EDOM Technology (TSE: 3048) is a leading IC distributor with one of the strongest business presence across Asia.  To cope with its rapid business growth, EDOM is looking to set up a 30,000 sq. ft. of multi-purpose space features with both warehouse and open office at Watson Centre, Kwai Chung.  The primary requirement of the new warehouse facility is to be able to begin operation within 4 weeks as EDOM will soon move out from old warehouse.  Time was the essence on this project. In order to meet the client's cramped deadline, BPS has to deploy extra manpower to hasten the typical eight week project schedule to four weeks. BPS worked with EDOM as a close team to ensure the high accuracy and high quality of work by responsive and communitive approach.

Special shelf and layout design has to be deployed to tackle special need on electronic components and devices storage. In order to fully utilize the storage space in the warehouse and at the same time improve productivity, various different types of shelves is required depending on the products’ features. Last but not least, the service of BPS also covers electrical works, flooring, new windows & doors installation, racking & shelving systems set up, and other renovation works. This project is targeted to complete in late July 2017.
