BPS Academy | Leadership Workshop - A New Chapter in the Workplace

We are pleased to launch the BPS Academy, a dedicated platform designed to foster continuous professional growth and leadership excellence within the BPS family.

Yesterday, we kicked off the first session of our 4-part Leadership Workshop: From Management to Leadership, led by our Principal Consultant of the Logistics Department, Dr. Andy Sun. In this session, Dr. Sun shared his valuable expertise on leadership strategies, emphasising the critical shift from managing tasks to inspiring teams. He delved into how effective leadership can drive organisational success, setting a solid foundation for the upcoming workshops.

Our staff actively engaged in thought-provoking discussions, exploring real-world leadership challenges and solutions. The energy in the room was palpable as team members reflected on how to apply these insights to their daily roles, further contributing to our company’s growth.
