Jointly Organized a Webinar “What is Logistics 4.0 and why it matters” with HKGCC

BPS Logistics Technology co-organized a webinar “What is Logistics 4.0 and why it matters” and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) on 27 May. Our CEO, Ir. Kelvin Ko explained about what Logistics 4.0 means to the SME businesses, global logistical challenges during coronavirus lockdown and the best approach to embracing new technologies. He shared industry use-cases and gave  practical advice on how companies can leverage logistics technology to cut the operations cost and enhance their operations efficiency in the areas of warehouse and supply chain management.

Ir. Ko also introduced the information of a government sponsored funding scheme “Pilot Subsidy Scheme for Third-party Logistics Service Providers”. BPS Logistics Technology has  launched a Warehouse Automation Package includes the following automation equipment: Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Pick/Put-to-light (PTL), Dimensioning & Weighting System (DWS) and Sorter. We hope this package can encourage the adoption of technology by the logistics sector for enhancing efficiency and productivity in Hong Kong.
